Pillars of Yoga

Many think of Yoga as a physical discipline, others as an ancient mystical path.

In this workshop we will begin to understand the complexity of Yoga and its simple practices. Exploring how Yoga can appeal to various aspects of our nature. Do you live your life more from the heart? Or the mind? Do you like being active or inactive? Yoga has something for every temperament.

We will draw upon the wisdom from The Bhagavad Gita on the three pillars of Bhakti, Jnana, KarmaYoga. The Yoga Sutras will enhance our understanding of the Yamas and Niyamas, the Eight Faceted path and give us simple tools to guide us on the path to knowing our true self.
