You may have tried meditation one or more times and decided you like a more active practice or that the mind was too active to sit still.

Meditation helps us to acknowledge the essence of our being. Instead of revolving around externals such as our bodies, minds, social and professional life etc. we go deep to the very core. A place beyond all thoughts and feelings. A stillness, a dynamic stillness when touched blossoms and permeates all other aspects of our life. It favorably transforms the way we see our bodies, thoughts, friends, and even the world. The deeper in we go the more the outside seems to balance.
Each session of this 4 part series will explore meditation both from the wisdom teachings as well as offering various practices that allow us to understand as well as experience the subtle journey to the Self. Each session in the series will include theory, discussion and practice.
